About us

What makes us different and why work with us?

We started our agency in June 2020.

It’s a year that most would agree shook the world considerably in so many ways with Covid-19, Protect the NHS, and Black Lives Matter alongside People all over the world needing to reinvent themselves at work and at home for their livelihoods.

We thought it was a time for some good to happen. That is why we started a voiceover agency that focuses mainly on giving a voice to diversity by embracing talent of different backgrounds and skills; to see it as a competitive advantage as well as opening up opportunities to those who don’t get many.

Our varied backgrounds and stories are what make our voices strong. And if we can exchange ideas about our cultures and share our knowledge with each other, it can only make us better people and thereby better voiceover artists. It’s this openness to learn that we encourage at Ace Voices.

About Ace founder .png

A bit about our founder

Having worked in the advertising industry for six years at two top awarded agencies, adam&eveDDB and Ogilvy, Kim Marshall enjoyed making ads in their Production departments and was involved in projects ranging from animations, CGI, experiential, Digital, Print, Radio, and TV briefs to shoots with animals, cars, fashion brands and famous celebrities shot both in the UK and Internationally.

She wanted to set up a voice agency that focuses on: amplifying the creative idea through authentic voices, bringing in fresh and diverse talent from different backgrounds into the creative industries, and helping wider communities.
